We need your help now!

Time is running very short and we need additional sponsorships for the 14th annual Fair-way for Kids Benefit Golf Tournament. This charity event will be held on Monday, Sept. 20, 2010 at Olympia Hills Golf Course and Conference Center, Universal City, TX.

For the past 13 years, needy students from Judson ISD and Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City ISD have been the main recipients of money generated from the tournament. In 2009, for example, area students were awarded more than $25,000 in aid from proceeds of the tournament. These funds could not have been provided by any other means.

Most of the money generated by the golf tournament is raised by selling sponsorships to businesses that benefit from operating in the school district.

Sponsorships range from $2000 to $500 and depending on the sponsorship level include players for the tournament, a sponsorship sign on the course, lunch for players, goody bags, refreshments and awards for winners. Even if you don’t send players to the tournament you can still be a sponsor or a donor and directly help pay for a needy child in the district.

The Randolph Metrocom Rotary Club is the tournament organizer and the Greater Randolph Partners in Education Foundation is the 501 (c) (3) organization set up to administer the distribution of funds. Community leaders and representatives from the school districts are on the foundation’s distribution committee

We have included information on the foundation and the tournament including the Sponsor Agreement., We are available to pick up your check and Sponsor Agreement or you can fax your signed commitment to 210-757-5038.  For assistance you may contact me at 651-5507 or Bob Whiting at 210-658-1150.

Thank you and we look forward to having your company as either one of our tournament sponsors or as a donor to this worthwhile charity for needy children.
